Hemp by itself is an outstanding crop as hemp is environmentally friendly due to its rapid growth, minimal requirements for water and chemical pesticides, ability to absorb carbon dioxide and its versatile uses that can reduce the need for environmentally harmful alternatives. Therefore, hemp is considered a sustainable crop that can play a role in promoting more climate friendly production methods and consumption patterns. Beside that protein based on vegetables climate impact is much below animal protein.
ThermoSeed will be used for hygenisation of the hemp kernels without damaging the protein but also decrease amount of anti-nutrients.
